3. Electronic Contracts & Orders

4. Pricing & Delivery

  • Timeline: We aim to deliver within 1–2 business days (Kathmandu Valley) and 3–5 business days (Outside Valley).

5. Returns and Refunds (Mandatory 15-Day Rule)
